REFORMER 1

Reformer 1 is the ideal class for all levels, particularly those new to Pilates or recovering from an injury. Participants will receive a safe and effective, full body workout utilizing primarily the Reformer, but may also include use of the Barre, EXO Chair, Springboard or TRX Suspension Trainer. The class will maintain a continuous pace with focus on the fundamentals of breath, form and alignment. The use of various pieces of Pilates apparatus and props ensures a unique class each time. Expect an energetic and encouraging atmosphere. All classes are 50 minutes unless otherwise noted.

REFORMER 2

Reformer 2 is the ideal class for intermediate levels. Participants will receive a safe and effective, full body workout utilizing primarily the Reformer, but may also include use of the Barre, EXO Chair, Springboard or TRX Suspension Trainer. REFORMER 3

The most advanced level at ACME, this fast paced class is for those interested in mastery of the practice of Pilates. Reformer 1 and 2 classes will have prepared you with the strength, control and coordination needed to perform the most challenging exercises in the Pilates repertoire. All classes are 50 minutes unless otherwise noted.

ACME Cardio Jumpboard

You'll feel like you are flying in this fast-paced and ultra-energetic class! This class format incorporates the Pilates “Jumpboard” with traditional Pilates exercises, allowing attendees the ability to elevate their heart rate and get sweaty in the most low-impact cardio class around! Expect rapid transitions and stimulating progressions in this class as well as a complete full-body workout. Reformer 1 is a prerequisite. All classes are 50 minutes unless otherwise noted.

3+ months of ‘Reformer 1’ required to take Sweat & Sculpt.

 

ACME TRX/Reformer Fusion

ACME TRX/Reformer Fusion seamlessly marries the benefits of Pilates on the reformer with the TRX Suspension Training System. Challenge your balance by targeting stabilizing muscles and your core, while developing strength and a more advanced level of coordination. This intermediate level class allows for quick advancement leaving you amazed at your own capabilities and strength! Reformer 1 is a prerequisite. All classes are 50 minutes unless otherwise noted.

BARRE/Reformer Fusion

Barre and Pilates unite in this super fun, fast paced fusion mix! This class seamlessly joins the functional elements of a standard reformer class with the booty-kicking, sculpting elements of Barre! Form meets function in this high-energy atmosphere. The coordination and balance exercises performed in this class will help you to live more functionally. All classes are 50 minutes unless otherwise noted.

STRETCH & LENGTHEN

Stretch & Lengthen is ACME’s take on grounding & stretching with an emphasis on slow movements designed to increase flexibility. More meditative in its essence, this class incorporates use of the reformer along with other props and apparatus, allowing for deep stretches held for longer than in a traditional class. This class will leave you feeling a little more balanced and a little taller. All classes are 50 minutes unless otherwise noted.

Reformer - HIIT

Interval training and Pilates join together here alternating between an intense cardio regimen and periods of less intense reformer based movement which makes blasting calories both efficient and fun! The aerobic nature of this class will leave you feeling pumped and ready to face the world! All classes are 50 minutes unless otherwise noted.
