Kimberly Meinhardt recently moved to Arizona in 2017 with her husband and 2 children from Seattle, Washington. She first started teaching Mat Pilates in 2004 when she opened her own fitness studio. Kimberly added the reformer to her repertoire in 2005 and has been teaching in the fitness industry ever since. Some of her areas of instruction are: Barre, Cycle, Cardio Kickboxing, Tabata, and Body Sculpt.

 She’s great :)

Steve was introduced to Pilates in 2010 and immediately started getting results he was not seeing while working out at a typical gym. Pilates quickly became the foundation for a healthier lifestyle. Coming from a background in IT, he found that it was a great way to undo some of the bad habits that can come from prolonged periods of sitting at a desk all day. His positive and encouraging attitude helps instill confidence in his clients and his passion for teaching is obvious.

Chloe has been constantly captivated with anatomy and physiology her entire life. This Tucson native started lifting at the age of 15 and participated in her first official lifting show at 18. She went on to study a variety of areas such as personal training and veterinary sciences. Along the way, she fell in love with the idea of being a Pilates instructor after being a member of a Pilates studio in the San Diego area.

Randy has an extensive background in movement as seen in his wide array of certifications such as ACE, AFAA, Polestar Pilates, TRX, Bender Barre and Schwinn Cycling. He has also studied dance in Minneapolis, New York, and Chicago, and earned his BA in Theatre. Randy completed his Pilates certification with Elizabeth Larkam 16 years ago while working in Chicago and serving as the Group Fitness Creative Director for Crunch Fitness.

Ally Kovalchik received her certification through Nicole Brigg’s Classical Pilates Teacher Training Program with an emphasis on injury prevention. Growing up, Ally gravitated towards a variety of athletic endeavors, including softball, field hockey, and gymnastics. Though her love of gymnastics is what allowed her fearless attitude and determination to really shine. For Ally, Pilates stimulates a personal craving to challenge herself as an individual, an awareness that participating in gymnastics taught her. The improved inner and outer strength that she has gained through Pilates is a virtue she wishes to impart on every one of her clients.
