We created this space to be more than just a place to work out—it’s a place to reconnect with your body, to feel supported, and to grow at your own pace.
What started as a passion for helping others feel stronger and more confident has grown into a community where everyone is welcomed just as they are. Whether you're here for personal training, Pilates, or a little of both, we’re here to meet you with kindness, expertise, and encouragement.
Every session is thoughtfully designed to support your unique goals. And no matter where you’re starting from, our goal is to help you feel good—in body, mind, and spirit.
Meet Jay He
Founder of ACME | Senior Instructor
Jay is a former national canoe athlete and the founder of ACME Fitness and Pilates. He discovered Pilates during injury rehabilitation and was inspired by its ability to improve strength, movement efficiency, and recovery.
Since 2010, Jay has been teaching Pilates with a focus on functional movement, injury prevention, and body awareness. He believes Pilates is for everybody and is passionate about helping clients build strong, aligned, and balanced bodies.
